Seychelle Water Filter Pitcher Review

Seychelle is the new in style filter pitcher, that replaces the old water filter by offering more filtering ability and quick filtration!

Seychelle Water Filter Pitcher Review

On the making, Seychelle pitcher is built using FDA-approved materials. The design of the pitcher is as such that it makes the flow easy, and it also helps you with quick filling. You can pour the water without spilling it out.

Filter Capacity

This dual filter pitcher has a capacity of dealing with a maximum of 200 gallons of water.

You can roughly estimate that to 3-4 months of water usage for one pair of the cartridge. Once the product is delivered to your home, make sure that you clean the filters nicely before using it. This will help in taking out that plastic odor or any other package smell from it.

If your home water is high on calcium and magnesium, then this can jam the small fissures on the filter cartridge. This is where the water flow rate can get reduced.

It Removes

As mentioned earlier, you get two filter cartridges instead of the single cartridge that’s usually seen on a water filter pitcher. These filters could remove 99.99% of impurities like the chromium, copper, arsenic, fluoride, zinc, chlorine, aluminum, etc. Once all the impurities are out, the resulting water will be clear and will have an amazing taste as well.

Working Tip: Flush out the filter every 3-4 weeks to prevent any kind of mineral buildup inside.

Tested & Approved

This filter pitcher is capable of removing a good amount of chlorine, toxic chemicals, contaminants, chloroform, 90% of the fluoride, and even traces of DDT!

Along with the small particles, they are equally good at filtering out larger particles like dirt, arsenic, lead, mercury, zinc, copper, and the list will be endless! Also, the filters are durable and stay for a long time. You don’t have to keep a count on the gallons, the speed of the water flow will reduce on it own when it’s near the filter changing time.

Customer Feedback & Reviews

Let’s find out what the customers and other reviewers got to say about the product!

Pros

  • Faster water flow
  • Old design is replaced by a new advanced form
  • Removes fluoride, mercury, lead, chlorine.
  • BPA-free
  • 100% FDA-approved, food grade elements used in the making
  • It can filter upto 200 gallons of water
  • All components used in the making are recyclable

Cons

  • Filters won’t filter out the salts from water
  • At some instance, you will feel that the filters are sensitive
  • Hard water is less suitable for the working of the filter pitcher

A lot part of the drawbacks is related to the filters. They are not much capable of treating water that is high on salt or other hard minerals. In case, the water is high on salts then this can clog the filter cartridge.

You can clean the filters every three weeks which can prevent the clogging inside. If you still face any issue in spite of the regular maintenance, you can get in touch with the company officials via the customer support team. Overall, it’s a good, decent purchase among all the water filter pitchers.

Cost is a bit higher yet it’s affordable. What are your views about this Seychelle product? Are you willing to buy it? Share your answers in the comments.
