Drinking clean water is not only a desire but more of a necessity. With the increased population and industrialization, getting access to clean water has become a lot more challenging. I do agree to one fact that there are places where people get clean, potable water right from their faucets. No matter from which source the water arrives, they are likely to get impure as soon as they get in touch with the faucets.
One of my close friends suggested me the Reshape filter pitcher and I readily agreed to test it out for my kitchen faucet.
Reshape Water Filter Pitcher Review
Reshape filter pitcher has a sturdy built design and perfectly fits inside all standard refrigerators. You can get out all the water contaminants, including the fluorides! There’s one dedicated filter provided for the same, that works in filtering out the fluoride from the water.
The filter is made out a high quality, ABS-plastic which is pretty strong in design and it allows you to rough use the product in any way you want to.
Stages of Filtration
If you take a cross-section of the water filter pitcher, you will find 6 different stages of filtration within this.
First, you have the pre-filter membrane which is followed by the ion-exchange resins.
These resins help with the softening of the water and also contributes to the making of pure clean water.
Then, the third layering is of the activated carbon which is my favorite of all. It removes the bad odor, contaminants like the cysts, heavy metals, pesticide components, asbestos and much more.
On the fourth position, you get the FIR balls which are the Far-Infrared balls. They negatively charge the water molecules, soften them and reshape all of them into smaller molecules for improving the cell absorption.
The fifth section is the negative hydroxyl ions, which may not seem much necessary at first but they are the most crucial one of all. It’s during this stage when the water with the positive ORP (oxidation reduction potential) is converted to the negative ORP. This conversion from positive to negative ORP is important if you want to enjoy better health benefits from the water.
Then, you have a post-filter membrane that makes the 6th layering! At this stage, you can filter out more particles and impurities which may be left out for filtering. That’s how Reshape Water Filter Pitcher works and delivers you with clean, crystal-clear water.
Reshape filter pitcher removes out the water contaminants, and even deals with the fluoride. Along with working on the contaminants, the filter pitcher also sets the pH level of the water to the desired value. You get to use a purified, pH-controlled and fluoride-free water at the resulting end.
The Pitchers go some extra steps ahead by adding a few alkalinizing minerals at the end of the filtering.
Filter Pitcher Capacity
You get a filter capacity of 0.65 gallons which makes about 84 ounces. That may not be a stunning number, but looking at the water filling rate of 34 ounces in 5 minutes – now that makes it impressive. Isn’t it?
This way, you could fill the whole water pitcher in less than 15 minutes time. Because of this, you could refill the pitcher as many times as you wish throughout the day.
The pitcher has a user-friendly design so it will be easy on the filling part, and also you could get it done without spilling it out.
